The Hotel Restaurant Hirschen in Sulzburg is home to a gourmet restaurant whose head chef Douce Steiner was named “Rising Star of the Year” in 2011 by Gault Millau and regained her second Michelin star in 2012. Currently, she still remains the only female 2-star chef in Germany.
