This gourmet restaurant has operated under the skilled hands of head chef Paul Stradner since 2012 as part of Baden-Baden’s Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, which has been named one of the most beautiful city hotels in Germany by Gault Millau.

Paul Stradner, one of Germany’s youngest 2-star chefs, perfected his craft with the help of two of the world’s greatest 3-star chefs, first working under the tutelage of Harald Wohlfahrt and then with Jean-Georges Klein as his sous-chef after just one year at L’Arnsbourg.

Stradner’s cuisine is considered traditional and classically French, described by the Michelin Guide with terms like product quality, craft, and finesse. His passion for natural products is reflected in his cuisine, which preserves and faithfully represents each ingredient’s natural, unadulterated flavor.
