Since its founding, the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie has been dedicated to the preservation and propagation of the gastronomic heritage of cookie baking in Alsace. Thanks to the outstanding quality and freshness of the ingredients, you can taste the abundant flavors of our beautiful region in its cookies and cakes. In one of the many shops in the region: Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, you will find the famous Bredele (cookies) and small cakes typical of Alsace, as well as gingerbread, Beerewecke (fruit bread) and of course Kougelhopf (bundt cake).
